Newport to Bermuda Race 2010
Swan Owner's Dinner
The Swan Owners Association Newport-Bermuda Dinner will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Hamilton Princess Hotel's Gazebo Room. A cocktail reception (cash bar) will be held 6:30pm on the lawn area prior to the dinner at the hotel. Special Guests will include the Bermuda Race Committee Chairman and Commodores of the CCA and the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
TO DATE A LARGE NUMBER OF SWANS HAVE ENTERED THE RACE
AND WE EXPECT THE DINNER WILL BE SOLD OUT
As in the past this is an excellent opportunity for a crew dinner. Due to the large number of boats in the race the SOA dinner will most likely be sold out again and we encourage you to fill out the attached reservation form as soon as possible and return it with your payment to avoid disappointment. There will be a 4-course gourmet dinner and coffee or tea. Reservations will be confirmed in the order they are received with a check. We will make every effort to seat your group at one table, except for smaller parties which may have to share.
